Greek Dressing

I am not a salad fan at all, but this dressing always has me going back for seconds.


 

Recipe:

  • 1/4 cup of good olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • pinch thyme

In a glass jar, whisk all ingredients together with a fork, and let it sit for at least two hours before serving.
