This sauce is great with enchiladas, on a salad, tacos, taquitos.
1/2 cup of cashews, sunflower seeds, or a combination of the two
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 green onion
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of vegetable base
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup of Copycat Taco Cabana Salsa Verde
Add water, nuts, veggie base, garlic, salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
Ass remaining ingredients and process until everything is incorporated.
Chill for a few hours for the best flavor.
