Hot Fudge Sauce


1/4 cup vegan butter (I used Earth Balance)

2 squares of unsweetened baking chocolate or very dark chocolate (about 1 ounce)

1/4 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of sweetened condensed plant milk

1/2 cup of cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of vanilla

Fat pinch of salt


In a small sauce pan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.

Once it’s melted, add the other ingredients and whisk continuously until everything is thoroughly combined. Add a splash or two of plant milk if it looks too thick.

Serve immediately over ice cream. Enjoy!
