Sinh To Bo – Avocado Shake (Vegan, Gluten-free)

If you know me, you know I’m not a fan of grass fat aka avocado. I recently was gifted a large quantity of them and have been struggling to find uses. I must say that I have finally found a delicious use for this weird fruit! This shake comes together super quickly and is so creamy and indulgent. I can’t wait to make another one today!

RECIPE

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed

6 ice cubes

1/2 cup of plant milk

2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk (I use soy)

Pinch of salt

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add a little more condensed milk if you would like it sweeter or more regular milk if you want it less thick. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
